Welcome to Strategic Supply. We are a supply agency who take pride in making sure the right teacher is placed in the right environment.

Strategic Supply is part of the Strategic Concepts group of businesses, and was formed by Catherine Brooker, a career educationalist with many years of experience in senior leadership roles, and Keith Neill, an accountant with many years experience of running client-focused businesses. They perceived that there was a need for an agency whose sole raison d'etre wasn't just the generation of commission, but whose long-term strategy was the development of relationships with both educational establishments and teaching staff by providing honest advice and placing the right staff in the right roles. We are not afraid to say "sorry, we don't have anyone suitable on our books"; we are in this business for the long term, and earning a few pounds of commission by placing a candidate in an unsuitable position is simply not part of our strategy.
